Our Free No Obiligation Equity Snapshot is a high level automated estimate of value provided before we perform what is called aComparitive Market Analysis (CMA). Our CMA is a comprehensive, deep-dive analysis of your home’s value based on your local areaa data. We look at recent sales and current market velocity to give you a “real-world” price that maximizes your return while minimizing your time on market.
Should I renovate before listing my home?
Not necessarily. We specialize in identifying the “High-Impact Repairs”—small, strategic updates that cost little but recapture thousands in equity at the closing table.
